Can somebody help me make a flier for a lawn service?
Question:i am 17 years old and im about to start my own lawn service so i can earn extra money on the weekends, my dady gonna lend me his truck, trailor, z turn and his walk behind. i have 3 years experience. but unfortunely i cant think off what to put on my fliers to get people to actually call me back any help will be grately appreciated

This is a great question and you should be proud of yourself for wanting to go to work at your age.
You need to be careful about starting a business without an occupational license. Some people may even ask you if you have insurance before they will let you come on their property.

You can save money by having these printed four to a page (which is called a mini flier) and putting them up in places like laundromats, public bulletin boards, taping them to doorknobs, asking your local hardware store if you can post them, and knocking on your neighbor's doors. Even if they don't need you, give them the flier--they may think of someone who does.
Don't get greedy and book more business than you can handle, and do an A+ job wherever you work--and you will get referrals. If your prices are right, you will do well. BUT--you will need to factor in all of your projected expenses before you even get going, and that means how much gas you will need to drive the truck and other equipment, how long it will take to do a job and how many jobs you will need to do in a weekend to make it profitable for you. Also, will you need to pay someone else to help you?

I started a Painting business this way 18 years ago, You want your service to be on the top line in big letters this way they see it when they open, after describing your services put that you do quality work at a great price, references and if your good and stand by your work put satisfaction guarenteed! Your phone # should be on the bottom equal size of the top line. Hey like i said i started 18 years ago i gave a great paint job for a reasonable price, to this day people call wanting a price, havent advertised in 10 years.
