Can i burn ficus tree wood in fireplce?

Question:

Answers:
it is good wood for fireplace. you do not need to boil it or anything. the wood is good wood. you stay plenty warm. yes, fireplace is best place. make sure chimney is all clear. this time of year birds nest in chimneys. beware to the birds. you have nice warm fire this summer.

After the wood dries I would see no problem using it in the fireplace. In fact there is very few trees that could not be used for firewood. Once you get a good bed of hot coals going the ficus wood should do fine. It of course will not burn as well (hot) as say seasoned oak.
