If a venus flytrap eats something that is poisonous will it die?

Not that I am aware of. Most animal toxins are neurotoxins, which disrupt the nervous system of animals, which plants do not have.

In addition, most species of flytraps (at least in domesticated areas) are not large enough to eat a frog.
