Does any one know how to get rid of weeds on a beach?
Question:My boyfriends family just bought a cottage in michigan and the beach is 90 feet of weeds. we tried pulling them alll weekend but did not get far. Has anyone gone through this and if so what do you suggest?

Yeah, don't pull weeds out. If you're going to have an area that will be for enjoying the water, keep it weed free. BUT, the roots of the weeds are what is keeping the beach from eroding into the water. Pull the weeds out, you're going to do some serious damage to the property. The lake will suddenly be 10 feet away from the house, not 90. It's nature's glue gun going to work.
round up grass and weed killer.....
Jus find someone who is qualified to uproot them it will assist.
Please consider that plants keep the sand in place. If you get rid of the weeds, you'll get rid of the sand.
Why would you want to get rid of weed?
