How do you go about flooding your yard instead of sprinklers?

Question:

Answers:
I assume you're talking about flooding the yard with a garden hose. The problem with this is much water would be absorbed in the area around the hose exit, but less and less the further from the hose exit you are. The whole idea of sprinklers is to apply moisture evenly over a given area. If you lived next to a stream or river, and could divert the water to flood your yard, it might be feasible to do. Otherwise it would be a great waste of water for the end result.

Sprinklers are much more efficient flooding your yard just wastes water.
well if you flood you yard then you might over water your grass or plants. And you dont want them 2 die.
Do you mean by using a seep hose?
If so, look in your local garden centre for irrigation hoses.
