Check out the list on this site:

Great sun-loving plants are Aster, Blazing Stars (Liatris), Black-Eyed Susans (Rudbeckias), Butterfly Bush, Roses, Sunflowers (Helianthus), Butterfly weed (Asclepias Tuberosa), Cardinal Flower (Lobelias), Coneflowers (Echinaceas), Coreopsis, Yarrows (Achillea), Calamints (Calamintha), Canterbury Bells (Campanulas), Daisy, Daylily, Delphiniums, Geraniums, Heliopsis, Hydrangea, Iris, Lilac, Lily, Meadow sage (Salvia nemorosa), Peonies, Phlox, Balloon Flowers (Platycodon), Oueen of the Prairie (Filipendula), Cape fuchsia (Phygelius) & Yucca.

"Not all plants are as adaptable as the ubiquitous Daylily (Hemerocallis species) or Border Phlox (Phlox paniculata), which grow in nature in sunny woodland glades and in meadows. What's more, full sun in Minnesota is different from full sun in Mississippi. In Minnesota the sun is less intense, but in summer it stays light longer than in Mississippi. While balloon flower demands full sun in most gardens, in the deep South it will grow happily in partial shade." (*)
Hope this helped. Enjoy!

Hydrangea, boxwood, ficus, rose, jade, african lily, daisy, echinacea, . too many to list
sunflowers luv full sun, and zinnias do as well, both very easy to grow. pick the zinnia giant cactus double mix, they bloom 4-5 in./flower diameter, and continuously throughout the season until frost!
