How and what kind of grass should I plant at my cottage; It would have to be low-maintenance?

Question:What would be a good kind of low-maintenance grass?
My cottage is in Ontario, and the specific area where the grass would go is fairly dry and shady, and I would not be able to consistently water it.
Also, what is an easy way to plant it?

Answers:
Try zoysia grass. It's low maintenance, only grows about 3" long, doesn't need frequent watering, supresses weeds and is planted by plugs.
