What do i do? My plant is weak and is hanging on the side of the pot to support itself!?

Question:I keep a lamp on it that has a 80 watt bulb on it...and i try to water it when ts dry, is there anything else i can do?

what kind of plant is it?? and why do you keep a light on it?? no natural light?? it might be getting too much light and you might need to stake it up .. get a wood steak from a garden store.. or us a ruler.. and tie plant to the steak half way down to the base.. that way it gives it more strength! good luck!
