Can I plant a cut of Jasmine plant without getting roots? will it grow?

Question:

Answers:
Dip the cutting in Hormone nrooting mix then it will grow

You can plant it, but it's not going to grow. Your best bet is to start it indoors. Put the cutting in some water and see if it grows roots. It might take a month or two before you see progress. If the water goes icky black then change it out and be sure to rinse off the bottom. Good luck!
