If you're concerned about Tomato Horned worms (nasty creatures) then just plant the herb borage in among your tomatoes. The horned worms avoid Borage.
A little soapy water sprayed on the plants will help with aphids or sucking insects.
A soapy water solution. You can either use dish soap, or if already have natural products, you can try Dr. Bronner's liquid soap. Mix a tablespoon with a couple of cups of water and spray it on the underside of leaves if you see aphids.
For more serious bug problems, you can use a Neem oil spray. You mix it with water and spray the problem areas.
