How do i get rid of mealworm in my indoor plants?

Question:I just purchased a beautiful plant from home depot and now I realize that mealworms (I assume) are in my plant. Initially I saw about 1-3 about a month ago when I brought it home, but today they have completely saturated my plant. Is there any way to get rid of them or do i have to get rid of the plant?

Answers:
hand pick and/or spray an insecticide. best would be to return it for a replacement . hd is good about that
