Is this true??

Question:spraying goat head sticker plants (or puncture vines) with vinagar will kill the plant but not make the soil unhospitable to grass?

I was just wondering if anyone could confirm this before i go buy costco sized vinagar

Answers:
I don't know about vinegar killing weeds, but it is very useful around the house. Go ahead and buy the huge Costco vinegar, it won't go to waste!

The vinegar you need is not the same as sold in grocery stores. It's a highly concentrated version, not yet available to us mortals. Sorry.
Vinegar will not kill the plant, just the foliage. It will return. Try any broadleaf killer, or brush killer.
