How can I deal with a nosey neighbour?
Question:He keeps spying on my back garden and when I sit in my corner arbour he opens his first floor window constantly when I am gardening Help!

I would approach the neighbor, and mention to him why are you always looking at me. If you are really uncomfortable with this , you might want to call the police, and tell them that my neighbor is stalking me. Get evidence, by taking pictures of him, when he is looking at you, because you need evidence to prove this person is really stalking you. Get a small recorder, and record him , if he is noisy. When he is looking at you, and then you take his picture, believe me, that just might stop him, but at least, you will have evidence to show the police, and date every picture. That is really bad, Take care....
If he is on his property when he does this, then you really can't say anything to him.

Do a number of things.
Stare him straight in the eye with no expression.don't blink.
Make faces at him.
Build a really high privacy fence.
Throw him off by burying fake body parts drenched in stage blood.
Bury a "murder weapon" with the afore mentioned "body parts"
Plant trees, shrubs or other plants to obscure his view. I put up a trellis and grow jasmine on it so my neighbor can't look over the fence into my backyard. I also have a patio cover on which I grow vines so neither of the neighbors can see what I'm doing on my patio. I built a gazebo around my spa and use large umbrellas on my open patio which obstruct the view to it and it helps shade the back of my house to keep it cool.
Now I don't know if you're a man or a women. If you're a man approach him with a calm attitude and ask him if he needs something. If you're a woman, call the police or have a man go and talk to him.
ignore them if u av nuffin to be worried about.They may just be lonely maybe,u may be the only human contact they have?
Help with what? Are you doing something illegal that you don't want him to see? I think that most of us have had a nosey neighbor or two, there is not much you can do. If you see him really watching you, maybe ask him if he has lost something in your backyard, and can you help him find it!
I have seen my neighbor looking into my garage window, when I caught him in the act I asked him if he was looking for something ....
i usually wave to them to show them you can see them being nosey it usually embarresses them enough to stop
I would wave at him everytime I saw him watching, just to let him know that you see him there. If given the chance i would make some comment to him to embarrass him. I feel for you, being watched like this is very annoying.
