In the soil around my pine bark chips is a white substance, looks like some mold how do I get rid of it?

Question:This white mold seems to be most prevalant with the pine bark chips. Any suggestions as to get rid of it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you !
This could be a fungus or a mold not sure.

Answers:
Simply remove the mulch, and let the soil air-dry, then replace with clean mulch, preferably from local, fall leaves
