Damage to what?

Normally the morning sun is not as strong or long lasting, but you don't even say where in the world you are located
You didn't specify what could be damaged.
With the lack of information given I'll try to be helpful,,,,:-
If you can get brown spots on your hands through the windsheild, while driving, then you can also get the same from your window if you are directly in front of the sun. Does that help? Use sun block as soon as you awaken, I do.
you can get sun damage on a cloudy day too.the rays come thru the clouds.you should always were sunscreen.lot's of face moisturizers have sun block in them,so you have yourself covered in a couple ways!
You are too vague in your question. Where are you and what are you wearing pajamas or plain nude. You will have to give more details. I would say no damage, but you could get a nice little tan if this occured for many days and several hours per day.
Yes, even on a cloudy day. The sun is very powerful.
It would not harm you but it willdraw the color out of your furniture....carpet. etc.
