Growing cabbage collards?

Question:Does anyone know when is the right time to plant the seedlings?

I've grown collards from seeds. They are easy to grow. This is a plant that likes the cooler weather, so if you are putting seedlings out, either wait until it's a little cooler or put them somewhere they won't get dried out.
