Presume same as above, when tree or limb unbinds itself from snarl of limbs in a light breeze, and lurches at you hitting you on the head. You've been hit.

Sure if you are a lumber jack and don't watch your back.Them trees don't have eyes.Also in a tornado they do quiet a bit of damage,I been there done that ..
If it fell on you when it got cut, if lightening knocked onto you or if a tornado, flood or other natural disaster caused the tree to dislodge then you could get hit by it.
