What is the best grass to grow?


Question:Im in Central missouri and trying to figure out what is the most reliable/durable low watering need. i have regular contractor grass all over the place but i want a more friendly grass

Do a search on High Country Gardens. They sell waterwise grass seed, and have guidelines for where to grow what type. I'm not sure what their website is, but you can find them through a search engine. Sorry I couldn't be of more help, all I can do is recommend a company.

Mexican.requires attention I guess...Elephant is probably better [it is called elephant here in India...it is the long bladed version..pretty low-maintenance]..it should work out reasonably well for you, looking at your needs and location.
