This must be a very tramatic time for you. You should probably close your eyes and hug yourself tightly. In due time your fellings of anxiety will go away and will be replaced with deadening of the limbs, as the circulation begins to slow in your body.
Then, you can start to move around and the feelings of your limbs going to sleep will be replaced with thousands of tiny pins sticking all over your body. At this point, the feelings should become almost unbearable, and you can be justified in jumping out of the tree.
Try to cushion your computer as best you can, and expect to probably crack your elbow or shoulder bones as you coushion your fall. A small price to pay for getting caught in a tree with a dwindling computer battery.
In retrospect, if you had been raised by apes (aka Tarzan) you probably wouldn't be the least concerned about being stuck in a tree, if you would even choose to use such wording.
