What potted plants would be good to block cigarrette smoke coming in my balcony window from outside neighbors?
Question:moderate climate. I like the window open. Would prefer inexpensive types that I can keep outside all winter as I may open the window to get fresh air even then when not too cold out. I dont care wht it looks like I'd put several lined up around the perimeter of the balcony floor to help block and absorb that smoke wafting its way up to me.
