How do i stop my 80 year old neighbor from peeing on my front lawn?
Question:my fat old 80 year old neighbor comes to my front yeard everyday, pees, then reads MY NEWSPAPER ON MY FRONT PORCH!! he also brings his tv over and plugs it in to my outlet,. but first off he climbs you 8 foot fence using a ladder he stole out of my garage.

Are you serious??! If so call adult protective services for your county/city... the guy needs help and will kill himself by climbing over the fence.
Document, document, document. Make sure you have proof (pictures, witnesses), then go to the police and file a complaint.Unless he is confronted, he will continue this . And for cripes sake, go get your ladder back.

If he doesn't have Alzheimers maybe you can get the police to talk to him as you could be liable if he fell off that ladder on your property. If you don't want to do that disconnect the electricity on the outlet, take a photo of him peeing, have your paper delivered next door to another neighbour, then show him the photo and tell him you are posting it up in the neighbourhood, or buy a security camera. I think you should invite the neighbor over for some ice tea on your front porch and have a heart to heart. Type in large font letters a list of these things that annoy you. It may be difficult but maybe he is getting senile and doesn't remember what is appropriate behavior. Hand him the list after you speak with him to put on his refrigerator. And mention that you need your borrowed ladder back, cut him some slack.
I agree with RD...electric fence! But he is old and you run the risk of him getting seriously hurt. I also agree with the 2nd answer. Personally, I'd call the police and ask their opinion on what to do. That way you know whatever you do is legal and will protect your rights. This old man sounds like a vagrant or hobo. I'm surprised he isn't sneaking in your house and raiding your frig!!
Does this 80 year old neighbor live on the other side of the fat neighbor who uses your pool and also stole your other ladder??

if i were you i would put a invisible fence in and sneak into his house and put the collar on his back. JUST KIDDING!! I would call the police or keep your garage locked and closed at all times. Put in covers over your sockets on house and put a newspaper holder somewhere he wouldn't expect it. But i would call the police
