What do i do if my neighbor?
Question:my neighbor keeps planting flowers all over my yard. i dont know what to do. i threw them out, talked to him, informed the police and put up a fence. he also wanders over to sift gas from my cars gas tank. im at the end. what can i do

video tape this and call the police again, a private investigator or your local TV station and complain big time.
your neighbor is crazy. tell the police when he steals gas or does anything illegal-trespassing to plant the flowers in your yard-anything like that. Good luck!
get a dog so that your dog can protect your house and maybe scare the guy away.
If you own the property then you can have your neighbor trespassed off. This is a warning , the next step would be an arrest. If you feel you have done all you could do to get him to stop. What , I don't understand is if your neighbor is planting flowers on your property that the police did not warn him. If you rent , it is up to the property owner to address the issue. However, if you think your neighbor is siphoning gas, be very very sure that it is him. I would not think that someone who is giving you flowers would steal gas. If you catch him red-handed stealing gas call 911, do not let him know you called and hopefully they can catch him in the act, catching him in the act is the only way you are going to be able to prove it.
Use a camcorder to record him stealing the gas. ~
You can get gas caps that lock with a key, you can add these to any car, i would do that! As well just report everytime he/she comes into your yard, call the police and keep a record of the events. Also if a friend has a dog I might tie their dog in my front yard, see if that stops them
Shoot first, it's the American way. No, just call the cops, he's being a menace. And stealing gas is illegal. As to the flowers, maybe they are nice??
It sounds like your neighbor is totally nuts. Have you ever confronted him face to face? I'm not saying fight with him, but let him know that you know excatly what he is doing. Involve the cops more. Good Luck
