How can i save my grass before its too late?

Question:I bought Ortho@Weed-B-Gon Max Weed Killer For Lawns Ready-Spray and sprayed it all over my lawn just to learn that you are not supposed to use it on St. Augustine grass. I sprayed like crazy with the water hose in hopes of diluting the herbicide . Is there anything i can do to prevent my grass from dying. I've heard about activated charcoal, but i don't know where to get that from. Please Help!

Answers:
Too late. That herbicide is systemic, meaning it gets absorbed thru the leaves and travels to the root. So sorry!

Give it some time as you sprayed with the hose. Ask your local lawn and garden for a nuetralizer!
