You can get rid of spider mites with non-detergent citrus soap and water. Not even a lot of soap just enough to make suds and then coat the deck. Give it a little while, then wash it down. However, something has to be attracting them...maybe a plant they like on the decks..use the same mixture on the plants.

Or- if you have them in your garden as well, you can try predatory insects that eat them. You can find them in garden catalogs, over the internet or ask a nursery.
Ortho makes a concentrated bug spray for insects. You can use that. I spray my tomato plants for the spider mites and also spray around the foundation of the house. Works great!!
Sevin Dust will kill those nasty things. Just sprinkle your deck with it.
You can also purchase it in liquid form.
