Can human manure from a soakaway by use as compost with green garden waste?

absolutely not! Very risky.Actually human manure can be bought at most garden centers and most people don't even realize it. I am in Alabama and we sell a product called Milorganite. It is made in Milwaukee, WI and is refined human waste. However, it has been treated, de-scented and pelletized. It has a 6-2-1 analysis, so although not very strong, it might interest you.
I don't think so otherwise we'd be using it. I think any waste that contains animal fat as well as chemical products is not meant for the garden. This is just my thought, I could very well be wrong. Livestock manure is much cleaner than ours. Also, manure is not the only things that go into those soakaways.

Human manure is very good stuff BUT
dont use it on veg that you eat directly because you can get some nasty diseases that way. Also if you mean the soak away from a septic tank then you have to ask yourself what else goes into your septic tank. Household chemicals are bad news and toxic. Its is possible to avoid them completely but thats a whole new topic.
If you are serious about using human waste on the garden contact the Centre for Alternative Technology in Wales. They really know their sh*t!

they do that in Mexico and one can get some nasty diseases from it if it's not treated properly.
best to leave that to the municipal sewer treatment plants and NOT to the home gardener.
