What part of the world grows the best watermelon?
Question:Is it just me or is watermelon not as good as it used to be? All we seem to have around here is seedless watermelon which is not very good. What happened to the good old days?

The best watermelon is grown in US Deserts. US because they don't have to be shipped so far and loose sugar content. Deserts because that is the most consistent weather for melons.
They weren't so good long ago either most of the time. Try buying a premium brand such as La Dolche Vita.

Muscatine Melons. They have been around for a long time. And sent all over America. When I find one, I buy it. When traveling through Iowa, go to Muscatine.
