Answers:
though you did not say, it sounds as though they are already rooted...so here goes :)

full sun, water well - this means to water deeply (15 mins min) every few days. do not water excessively (daily), as plant roots need to breath.

the flower heads are also seed...so they will usually reseed themselves and return to the same spot every year, increasing in number.

hi there :)
i hope this helps.

The heat should not be a problem. If they are in a pot, make sure the pot is draining. They like for their feet to be moist, but not sitting in water. If they are in the ground, make sure that the spot they are planted in is not holding too much water. They can really take the heat and extremely dry soil. If you feel that water is the problem, then back off on the watering for a few days and see if they perk back up. Good Luck!
Celosia does best in warm or tropical climates. Full sun is a must, and you'll get the best results in well-drained soil enriched with compost
Space tall forms 12-15 inches apart, and dwarf forms 6-8 inches apart. Keep the plants well-watered until the plants are established, then reduce to once a week unless the weather is very hot. The plants tolerate dry conditions well. You won't need to add supplemental fertilizer if the soil has been well prepared with compost. if you didn't use compost;Slow-release nutrients(natural fertilizer) ensure a long season of gorgeous bloom
