Yes, they are, I tried to save mine in the basement (because I heard you could do that) but they did'nt start again. Ok he is right they are perenials , but not up here in Michigan.


No, just very picky perennials. Zones 15-17, 22-24 cool summers with morning fog and frost-less winters. RScott
some are,but there are also hardy ones. i live in zone 8 and bring them inside during winter,annual or hardy.you can take cuttings from them in late january or early february.they grow easily from cuttings.
