Funky backyard pond shower or just waterfall?

Question:We's sunk an old cast iron bathtub in our backyard as a fish pond. We lest the taps in plae, and instead of putting in a fountain we were thinking about installing an old showerhead instead. We will still put in a proper filter. Any opinions? Or are we nuts

Answers:
I think the showerhead is a clever, whimsical touch. Get one of those big rainshower heads and train a flowering vine to grow up the pipe. Great fun!

I think the more unique..the better! Go for it!
I think that's insightful and very clever. I think it'll add character and depth to your backyard. I really, really, really like that Idea (so much so that I said really three times). I think it's unique and definitly will lead to some interesting coversations.

So long as you don't bathe in this, you'll be alright. Awesome!
No i think it's funky and original. you should do it!
YOUR NUTS,,DONT FORGET THE SOAP DISH !
You're nuts. I love it! ☺

I've been working on pond ideas myself. We just bought some land. I love that!
Sounds interesting. Can you paint it red or bright blue also? Would look great with chrome fittings.
The fountain would gives it the state-of-the-art look...with adding proper plants and LED lighting (i'm thinking of blue, violet, and pink and yellow) :))
