How do I find my sprinkler valve box if when the box is berried. Their is no green box.?

Question:whoever insntalled my system barried the bax and i need to fix one of my celinoids

Answers:
Typically, if the property isn't too big, the valves are close to the backflow. If you poke around, or dig following the mainline, you should find it within 3 feet. You could rent a wire locator. That would be a sure way to find it.

It sounds like you need to trace the lines back to the manifold. If there is a valve box you should be able to find if this way.

An inexpensive way to find water underground is divining rods, if you know how to use them. I don't understand how they work but I do know they work very well.

I except email if you need more information.
Find where the water line and the electrical wiring leave the house. Using a metal rod, probe the area from the house outwards. I can't imagine it being buried too deep.
