I need to find genuine suppliers of quality grass seed for a golf course project,?

Question:along with advice on how to plant it - top dress mix/ mulch/fertiliser etc. The project is in Kerala. Another project is in Seychelles. Also bring out advantages/ disadvantages of grassing with seed vis-a-vis normal transplantation.
