Try Shake Away.
Its these small granules that you can sprinkle around your garden that scares squirrels away because of its smell.
It also scares away other pests too that can ruin your garden.
Humans cannot smell it so don't worry about any weird smells.
Its all natural so it won't hurt your garden..or you!
Here's the link to buy it thru amazon:

They may also sell it at your local garden supply store or Home Depot, Sears type of place.

A little water with red pepper in it, sprayed on the flowers.
FEED IT!! Sing the Almond Joy theme!! Sometimes you look like a nut.
put a bucket of nuts next to it!
Organically? I use crushed red hot pepper flakes. I sprinkle them around the plants and bulbs. When a critter smells the pepper flakes they run the other way!
You will not deter Grey Squirrels, they are persistent pests. If you have Red Squirrels you are extremely fortunate, and they are protected by law. Grey Squirrels ? I just shoot them.
If the're bulbs plant gumballs(sugar maple) with bulbs. The squirrel feels the points on gumballs and leaves. If the're blooming buy an outside cat.NO Squirrels!
trap it and move it to the neighbors yard down the block:)
