Flying freaky bugs!?

Question:ive seen some weird bugs round lately id like to know wot are they .there orange small with black spots wot are they??

if they are small and look like ladybug.but are orange with black spots...they are what some of us call potatoe bugs...they eat athids and other micro bugs that you can not see...we have them all the time...

May be a boxelder bug. I believe the shiny green bug that peach spoke of is a june bug.
