How to kill the root after tree being cut down?

Question:I have someone cut down the tree and I put in the stump remover powder into the stump. However that root seems to be alive and buds are popping up all over along the root line. Is anyone know how to kill the root?

Answers:
I have removed many small to medium-sized trees and shrubs from my property. It may take several applications of stump-killer solution; the liquid type is more effective than the powder. It is also crucial to drill holes deeply in the stump before the stump-killer is applied.

You have to dig the root all the way up out of the ground and throw it somewhere where it wont matter if it grows like the garbage or somthing it might take a while but thats what you have to do.
hammer as many nails as you can into it, the stump and roots will die.
