Is there a good way to get rid of gumball seeds on a gumball tree without killing it?

Question:I don't want to kill the tree but i need to get rid of the awful gumballs.

Answers:
Well, I don't know how big your tree is, but the only thing I can think of is that if you were to wait each year until the "gumballs" come out, then go around and prune each one off before it can mature.

That is all I can think of. I mean there is really no way to stop a tree from producing what it naturally produces, but you could cut them off as soon as they come out instead of letting them mature and make problems.

If you cannot do that, then the only thing you can really do is to have the tree removed if you really don't want that kind of stuff in your yard. Sad, but true!

there is no easy answer or solution. You just have to pick them up everyday before they become an even bigger nuisance than they already are.
