Are there any flowers I can plant that are "offensive" to dogs, so they won't eat them??

Not that I know of, but there are products that you can spray on your lowers that will repel them. Some are very simple pepper sprays. Any garden store will have several dog-replellant products.
You can also make your own. One quart of water, one crushed bulb of garlic, and 2 or 3 o the hottest fresh peppers you can find, like scotch bonnet or habenero. Chop and add to the mix. Let it sit or 3 days. Strain liquid into a spray bottle, add a few drops of liquid dish soap. Spray on plants. It won't hurt the plants, and animals won't bother them more than once.
I had a neighbor that planted Marigolds all around her rose bushes. She claimed they kept bugs and animals from around her prized roses.it did seem to work.
There is a type of coleus that repels dogs from your flowerbeds. Not sure what it's called, but I know where you can get it: Territorial Seed. They sell it as plants, you just put a few in your garden and apparently it keeps the dogs and cats away.
There is a MUCH easier (and cheaper) solution! Sprinkle the plants and any areas that you want to "dog-proof" with Cayenne Pepper (the spice)!! The dogs (and cats, squirrels, rabbits, etc) will stay away!!
Good Luck!!
