If i pull out the stems out of the middle of the lillie flower will it grow?

Question:

Answers:
NO!!! Do NOT pull out anything alive! It will harm your plant!!! I have tried litely pinching the buds before they bloom to force growth, that sometimes works...Baby your plants, and they'll give you love!

The stems (yellow) stalks in the middle of the flower are the stamens. The flower will still grow to the original size, but it will not create seed for new plants. Many florists do this so that the yellow pollen does not drop onto tablecloths, etc and stain them.
