Answers:
if watering in the day time while the sun shines was a problem, the majority of plants would not survive.
i am going to suggest two things.
1) water slowly. when water runs out of the bottom of the container stop. go back and do it again 15 or 20 mins later. and then again, several times over. the soil has possibly dried out and is only absorbing a small amount. after the soil is thoroughly saturated you will only need to water every few days (4-5) to keep it evenly moist.
2) look under the leaves for insects. if you find some, treat immediately
3) normally there is some leaf drop.
hope this helps.

You must be watering them in the daytime when the sun is out try and do it in the early moring or very late night also water them with tomato food once evey two weeks and check for insects on your tomoto plants leaves, fruits and flowers

Hope this solves the problem
It looks like early tomato blight. Try to keep an even moisture in the soil, moist but not soggy. It won't respond to any chemicals, so save your money on those.
too much water yellow is dead leaves water once a week or every other day also could be the dirt their in... you said deck there not a pool there is there anyway once a week in plenty
I think Belize is right here..

they look a little hungry- have you fertilized?
yOUR PLANTS NEED NITROGEN..to bring back the green
