How long is a piece of string. The field next door to your house will cost an absolute fortune as the vendor knows how valuable it will be to you. A field in the middle of no where with no water, shelter or road access will cost a lot less.
Expect to pay a minimum of £4500 per acre and anything up to £60000 per acre if it is next to your house.
