How can I make a homemade bunny trap for a small amount of money?

I use this simple thing to catch gophers.

Take a large PVC pipe and put a cap on one end, with an opening on the other end large enough for the bunny to crawl into. Then take about 6 nails, and stick them to the inside (using jb weld, hot glue, tape, you probably need more than 1 adhesive). Face the head towards the inside of the pvc pipe. Then place some food (cheese, carrots etc.) inside the pvc pipe.

The bunny will wiggle in to get the food, but the sharp end of the nails will be facing him when he tries to get out. If you want to get him out, just unscrew the cap on the other side.

If you insert the nails the right way, this is sure to work.
It will take about 45 minutes or so to work, but it is only a couple bucks, tops.
