buy a ladybug kit for your garden (100 ladybugs for $10.00)
release them at night and they will make your garden their home...they eat aphids and not your garden! or mix cayenne pepper with water and spray your plants its a natural bug spray..good luck to you
You could buy some Ladybugs. They eat Aphids.
Knock Aphids off with a strong spray of water.
If that doesn't get rid of them, spray them with 1 oz. Ivory Dishwashing Liquid to 1 gallon of water.
Also for aphids, mites, mealybugs & other soft-bodied insects: Use 1/4-cup of Murphy's Oil Soap in a gallon of warm water. http://www.hillgardens.com/home_brew_spr...
or...
Mix one tablespoon vegetable oil & a few drops of Ivory soap into a quart of water. Shake well and spray. The oil smothers the insects.

Baby soap, mouthwash, water. Combine in one of those garden sprayers that you put on the end of your hose. Hook up to the hose and spray generously. I do 1part soap to 10 parts water and 1tbs of mouthwash. I use this all the time!! It works.on everything. Trees, plants, flowers, gardens...Good luck!!
Well, if you already have Aphids then you don't have time to purchase Lady bugs. So, the simplest solution is to blast your plants with water or use 1tsp of dish soap to a spray bottle of water and spray the tops and bottoms of your tomato plants. Fingers work really well too because they squish without any effort.
If I can see the Aphids on the plants I get a piece of paper towel and squish them ( gently! So you don't injure your tomato plant ). Thye are soft bodied and crush easily.
Neem oil.
