Answers:
Citrus trees are host plants for swallow tail butterflies. Let them be! I have them on my lemon trees. I really don't even notice any leaf damage (they eat the leaves), and I love to see the butterflies in my yard.
Also, it would be good if you plant some pentas, zinnias, cosmos, butterfly bushes, salvias or other flowering plants that attract butterflies in you yard. Once they turn from caterpillars to butterflies, they need nectar from the flowers. Otherwise, they will leave your yard for someone elses who has the habitat for them.
The 2nd one is some type of swallowtail.
First on looks like a Viceroy + Red-Spotted Purple + White Admiral (all 3 look alike)
Second looks like a Tiger swallow tail
Leave them alone. They won't eat much and you'll have beautiful butterflies after they pupate.
