Proper placement of tall garden plants?

Question:I have two garden bed's that run east to west 22 feet long. I wanted to plant sunflowers but I do not want to put the rest of the garden in the shade. Should I put the sunflowers on the east or west side?

Answers:
Hello ~

The sun rises in the east and sets in the west ... thus ... if you want the most sunlight on the garden throughout the day, you'll want to plant your sunflowers on the west side of the garden bed.

ENJOY!
