why would you want to make quick sand?
Quicksand is nothing more that sand and water mixed that looks like a solid surface. Special effects movie people use cork floating on water for the effect.
A very fine grain sand with water rising from below the water table. In fact, you are more bouyent in quick sand than you are in just plain water. For this reason and a few others, there is no such thing as killer-quick-sand. Search words: "Mythbusters" and "Killer quick sand".
