How do I get rid of mold on my Crepe Myrtle?

Question:It seems that the excessive rain we've gotten has caused a mold to grow on the branches of my Crepe Myrtle. The trunk has turned very dark as well. I know I could scrape it off, but there are too many branches and the tree is too tall. Not to mention, I don't have time to do that. What else can I do?

Answers:
You'll need to get an antifungal spray. Daconil is one that i know of and it is effective on most plant fungi. Read the label directions for application procedure.

Good Luck!

cut it of with a electric saw
