The forums at gardenweb.com are great. But, you have to register.

Go to the website and click on 'forums.'

You will find one w/ people who can help.

AND...they have a whole forum dedicated to this. You pop up a picture you've taken of it (it tells you how), and people tell you what it is.

Good luck!

I have had success with Dave's Garden. There are various levels of participation, but there is free registration.
email me a picture of it and I will tell you.
