I need some ideas to help sell my home. I do not want to hire an agent because I want to keep the most $ I can

Question:It is a country home in Arkansas.

Answers:
If you ever watch HGTV they always have ideas on what will help sell your home for the top dollar and it's usually an investment of $2000 or less.
They start first with curb appeal, that is the part that you see first.
The other thing is to remove clutter from the entire house.
Paint the rooms that need painting.
Remove as much furniture as possible to give it a larger appearance.
Make sure when you paint NOT to use colors that make people nervous.
Position the furniture for a smooth flow thru the house.
Add some accessories like pillows on the sofa and /or chair.

Good Luck!
P.S. have some friends help you

They get a very small percentage, it's worth not having to do it yourself.
The best thing is to hire an agent, because they do not take a large amount of money and all the paper work involved can get overwhelming by yourself.
