I am growing beefsteak tomatoes and need help with something.?

Question:The tomatoes are growing big and green and looking good. However, I have noticed little white-winged bugs all over the plant. Although the tomatoes look unharmed, the leaves look like swiss cheese!! What is this and will it harm the tomatoes? Help!

Answers:
Evenyually yes. Spray them with water and dish soap. Cover the leaves till they drip, top and bottom. Then rinse with a good hosing.

They are just bugs and they will harm the tomatoes. The reason they will harm the tomatoes is because the leaves take in the light and Co2 needed for photosynthesis. Get rid of the bugs :p
Without a picture I can't tell you what the pest is. but spraying the plants with soapy water, cola, malathion, or liquid seven may help. Be sure to spray the underside of the leaves. Wash any fruit that you have sprayed with insecticide before eating it.
are these the bugs?.
