i keep my in my kitchen window which i have filtered ( light yellow curtains) that filters it from being direct light. i have in in a pot that lets the water run out if i add to much and it doesn't like to sit in water.. water it when dry... also mine is a 3 trunk when in which i have to keep trying to braid it together,... with twist ties..i have had mine for 11/2 and its over a foot tall! good luck with your tree! hope it brings you much joyment!

they spread 2-3 feet wide and like partial sun/shade.don't over water. water when the soil is dry.they will re-seed themselves if you leave the silver dollars on them.
