Is there any poison that kills lizards?

Question:

Answers:
Hey...the lizard tribe eats REALLY bad stuff like insects, bugs, crawlies of various sorts that can do real damage...they shouldn't be killed, but they should be kept outside [good screens & door fittings, right?] because--trust me on this one--catching a lizard inside the house is more than you'd want to deal with. Keep your pest-control friends outdoors and be glad they're out there. Lizards don't carry disease, they don't have poisonous fangs, and some of them are even pretty...bright blue bellies and such. Live and let live, chum!

Wish I knew the answer myself. I have a lot I would like to kill. They're every where outside of the house. If you get the answer please let me know.
Jeez, people are worthless are they not. I don't have any problem with killing for food, killing for revenge, killing to protect, even killing a few rats for sport but killing harmless lizzards and especially by poisoning them. What is wrong with this world. Animals are endangered everywhere and a few harmless lizards show up and we're gonna poison them? Leave the lizzards alone and stay in your damn house where you belong!
